Meet the Team

Marty Haugh
Founder & CEO
Marty Haugh founded ProSource Building Supply in 2015 after spending nearly two decades in the building industry with two separate firms. He started with Glynn Building Products in 2000 as a delivery driver and warehouse window technician, and quickly moved up to inventory manager. After learning the technical side of the window and door business, Marty moved into the service manager role before being promoted to the sales staff. In less than a year, Marty was one of the top salespersons in the firm, focusing heavily on residential new construction and commercial retrofit projects.
In 2008, Marty was hired at Minnesota Rusco, Inc. to establish and expand the commercial window and door division. Although residential sales were still a focus, Marty’s primary area of expertise and growth was commercial retrofit projects. A strong commitment to the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association and forging relationships with property management groups helped Rusco become a major player in the Twin Cities commercial retrofit market. In addition to retrofit projects, Marty began to target general contractors and new construction applications.
In the spring of 2015, Marty opened the doors at ProSource Building Supply with the goal of strengthening the relationships he built over the years, both in the commercial retrofit arena, as well as commercial new construction. His commitment to customer service and attention to detail is reflected in the growth of the company and the repeat business ProSource has earned year after year. Within the past few years, ProSource has become one of the major players in the window and door market, thanks in large part to Marty’s customer first approach.

Derek Gruening
Commercial New Construction Sales Manager
Derek joined ProSource in September 2021 and serves as the Commercial Sales Manager. In this role, Derek handles all estimating for commercial new construction projects including supply only and installed sales, coordinates shop drawings and deliveries, and manages our commercial installers to ensure that the drawings, specifications, and the General Contractor’s best practices are being followed. Derek is projected to estimate over $45 million in commercial window supply only projects and $8 million in installed sales in his first year. Derek successfully landed the largest project ProSource has been involved with to date, The Fred Apartments in Edina, MN. Derek’s knowledge of the construction process enlivens trust from our General Contractors that ProSource can manage large scale, high-end projects into the future. Through Derek’s relationships with General Contractors, he has doubled the number of accounts that ProSource has been able to service and the list of accounts continues to grow at a staggering pace.

Marc Haugh
Residential Sales Manager
Marc Haugh entered the building industry in 1998, also starting off in warehousing and distribution at Glynn Building Products in Minneapolis. Working from delivery driver, shop lead and up to Warehouse Director, Marc branched out into the General Manager of the Glynn’s install division in 2003. Marc and his crews installed over 25,000 new construction windows of all types, with over 99.9% of them never needing service call backs of any kind.
In 2007, Marc started Premier Window Professionals, Inc., a window and door installation company that focuses exclusively on retrofit and replacement projects. With an average of 30-50 homes worked on per year, the continued insistence on quality workmanship has been the goal. Premier Window Professionals, Inc. (PWP) and ProSource have worked together since 2015 to facilitate retrofit installations throughout the Twin City area on over 1,000 projects.
